Coral Evolution No-Smoke extraction arms reduce the risk of personnel developing serious health problems, by removing harmful fumes at source.
Coral extraction arms for weld fume, laser cutting fume, gases, vapours, aerosols, oil fumes and dust are the best technical solution for extraction due to the externally mounted articulated joint, which prevents any obstruction in the air flow.
Welding fumes and noxious fumes, which are harmful to health, are extracted via the articulated hood through a sturdy pipe to a high efficiency fan or central duct system and then to a filter.
Evolution arms are equipped with a rotary bearing for 360° rotation if mounted on a stand and the pipes and hood are coupled together by short No–Smoke flexible hoses, enabling very easy movement and accurate positioning of the hood at the fume source.

Due to the minimal length of the hose used in the elbows, load losses are much lower than other similar system available, which results in reduced fan power, saving energy, plus lower noise level because of lower airflow velocity.
Evolution arms are available from 100mm to 200mm diameter and in lengths from 2,1 to 4meters, but can be extended using the Coral Bandiera 2000 to reach 8.5meters.
For table mounting requirements and as an alternative to the Evolution ridged pipe version, Coral produce the Flex Evolution No-smoke arm available in diameters of 100mm to 150mm extendable from 460mm to 1650mm.
For fume extraction applications in potentially explosive atmospheres, in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industry, where aluminum, cellulose, epoxy resins, flour, lignite, pigments, polyethylene etc are involved Coral produce the Evolution ATEX version, which is manufactured with specific materials and supplied with compliance certificate.
Optional extras include a 20W light kit, and mesh for sparks.
